CAP60 saw that Weatherization programs had a need for an integrated Data Management System that could not only manage client data but also track services, work orders, inventory, and more. To fill this need we added an Inventory module, to track agency inventory, and an External Access module, to allow contractors to bid on jobs, see the jobs they won, and report on their progress, into our already existing Data Management System. These modules are able to be linked to programs and services provided by agencies as well as to the CAP Reports module where the information can be used to generate a variety of reports to fit any agency or funder’s need.
